In this class, you'll work every major muscle group, including your arms, legs, core and glutes, using a combination of free weights, bodyweight exercises, and resistance bands. You'll also get your heart rate up with cardio segments, such shadow boxing, squats, and high knees marches.
You'll work in a supportive group environment, where you'll be motivated by the energy of the class and the encouragement of your fellow participants. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Our instructors will provide modifications and adjustments to ensure that everyone can participate safely and effectively.
