Skill Level: Intermediate/Advanced


Duration: 3 Months total, there are 3 (3 week phases) with a 1 week de-load. Although weight training and powerlifting is necessary in order to increase vertical jump, access to certain equipment may not always be available for us athletes. That's why we created this bodyweight jump program so that there is still a path to success, even without all the necessary tools for it. There are multiple ways to achieve one specific goal, and the same goes for the vertical jump. The exercises in this program include plyometrics, agility, flexibility, speed, and core strength. Building overall stability & power for your vertical jumps.
