Here is a 1 month intermediate muscle building program to add more muscle mass and strength to your body. This guide is for the typical gym goers that already have an idea on how to exercise properly. 

To successfully complete this program you must do every exercise set and reps going down in order. Stay disciplined and focused for the next month. You will also need access to a gym and a glute mini band for certain exercises.

Before each workout you must do at least 10 min of any cardio exercise. In order to get your blood flowing and have you warmed up before any strength training exercises.

This program is meant to be followed three days a week, for a total of four weeks. Try your best to give your muscles at least one rest day in between workouts as rest is important for muscle growth!

For each exercise please start with a light weight you can lift to warm up and through each set look to add 5-10 lb more weight depending how you are feeling. The goal is progressive overload, always aim for heavier weight and just do less reps within the rep range if needed.
